Led by the Junior League of Nashville recent past Vice President for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, this workshop is designed to alleviate fears and confusion in implementing equitable non-profit policies and practices. In this rapidly changing world, it is critical for non-profit organizations to prioritize the values of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging for all people in work within the organization and community-facing work. This workshop will provide a foundational knowledge of inclusion areas, such as gender, age, ability, and language.
